If you ever consider a Formal Ware company to rent from for a wedding ....please do not choose this one....I had a wedding out of town, and ordered my Tux's in good faith....months ahead of time.... on the sceduled delivery day two out of six arrived....then the next day one more!....then the other three had to be shipped to the out of state location.....then two arrived...........then on the last day before the wedding the last arrived............guess what....all but two fit properly, pants had to be safety pinned......etc.....what an un-professional bunch............then I called them....after they called me to apoligize..........they would try to make this right Chris Taylor from Atlanta said.............but quess what......he was just giving lip service......no adjustments and no satisfaction............just like the 'NO Customer Service' that they are!!!!.........if you have a choice please use anyone but this outfit.............Chris just thought to blame the Retailer..............and then promised to look into it.....and when I called back after two weeks.........he was indignent.....and would not discuss matters about his retailer to me..........even though this was his companies' issue and problem..................NO NO NO............RENT
