Jiffy Lube

Jiffy Lube over torqued my oil pan which resulted in cracking it. During the same visit, they left tools under the hood, and wrote in the dirt on my windshield (instead of washing it). I complained to the person at the desk and got no where. I called customer service and I got only a free oil change. I am very disappointed with Nacodoches Road -San Antonio, Texas Jiffy Lube and with the corporate response to my complaint.

Do not confuse scams jiffy lube scams with accidents. They may intentionally cause damage or mistakenly cause damage. Either way, they suck.
