1 mo. ago I bought a ring from Lorch's Dimond Center i noticed the stone in the ring was loose I took the ring back cause i have purchased the Ins. on the ring. At first they did not want to fix it they said i bent the ring and that is why the stone was loose so I said go ahead and fix the ring and i will pay to fix it. they said ok 1 mo. later i finelly got my ring back and the stone still loose then they said i chipped the stone in an area which i can not get to right under one of the prongs that holds the stone in place. I told them that did not do it and they said yes you did and there is nothing we can do about it so I got coned into buying ins. and they want do nothing about and now I have a worthless 400.00 doller ring. BUYERS BEWARE !!!!!!!!
