After paying a very overinflated price for jeld-wen wood double hung windows,and being told that i was getting the best quality,i recieved them and during installation noticed that the workmanship was shoddy with mitered joints off up to 1/4 inch,the so called finish paint was some cheap dribble that looked like it came out of a spray can,and to top it off,the inside trim that was supposed to be completely finished had nail holes in it with finish paint sprayed over the top. the pine was cheap quality with splits and cracks,and the large 4x6 foot window was so out of square that sitting on a level sill the bottom window had a 1/2 inch gap on one side when closed. To be sure these people do not want to give the customer the best for his money,but want to make the most money by giving the least that they can get away with Summary:Cheap hurried labor with no carpenter skills,low rent,trailer house quality or less,advertises like a hot winded politician with great promises,and follows through like a true politician,with very little.
