For example, when you're going to bed, put it somewhere (maybe a table or bookshelf?) away from the bed. See how long you can resist the urge to get up. For during the day you can put it down somewhere away from wherever your sitting. The distance from your phone is the key here. Anyway, try that out and see what happens. If not, try turning the wifi off in the "Settings". Like before, see if you want to go through the trouble to turn it back on to use the Internet. But, if that doesn't work out, maybe try visiting one of your favorite sites for awhile over a period of time until you gradually think of visiting this site less and less.
