1997 april 12 iwas beaten by westminster pd hog tied by westninster fire department and jailed by my mom. just before my 19th birthdaY in solitary confinement [because another inmate attacked me because i bet him in chess therfore losing his juice] i found out my charges ;;; felony menacing 2degree(carries 10 yrs)crimminal mischeif and this bs 'resisting arrest'now out of prue confusion and fear not fully comprehensive of why i was arrested and why i was in jail and how come mom hasn't seen talked or even contacted me i see her just after my birthday and in the preliminary hearring stands up in front of a court room full of poeple exclaimming she fears for her life and the lives of her other children 'which by the way are my brothers and sister' demands the judge lock me up and recycle the key. i'm shocked and weakness trembles into my knees my hearts shatters into mushy little pieces of love. the judge looks at me angerly claimming me to be a meance to society and orders no bail and i'm to remain in jail untill my trial, thats right trial because what'ever i'm being charged with i did'NT DO IT especially to my mom. so a long painful story fearlessly short the DA calls an immediate hearring in september which to my surprise demands the judge let me go? what let me go, ok why oh thats right i forgiot to tell you when the police firemen and paramedicas where tired of body slamming me my wriasts where fractured both wriasts ,oh i see now the state would have to pay the doctor bill the next day so i was released september2 around 11:43pm cold colorado dark night scared beaten battered abandoned and factured timothy sweeney the 'menace to society' was kicked out of jefferson county sheriffs department because i was going to cost the state of colorado to much money, that didn't matter now just the questions in my mind why would my mother the women had a cesarian at my birth changed my diapers and nurtured me in life all of a sudden claims i'm standing in her kitchen waving around a 7and 1/2' knife squeezing her neck with my arms. . . how did this happen what happens now? well the jury was forced to charge me on something 'as i later found out' i serious about this if you don't beleive me look it up under the colorado justice system annex search Timothy J Sweeney vs dallas lawshea and the state of colorado any way it hurts to eventalk about now so thanxs for hearring me out if you really want to know more roddanger78@hotmail.com by then i might have stopped crying long enough to finsh explaing what happened my compliant the police jump for women when they call 911 they don't think well lets do our job and 'investigate' and perjurys live to lie again justice is subject to finances and jurys really aren't legite so i'll be on anti-depressants the rest of my life, a life spent rebuilding after my terrorist attack
