
Jack Lanne Juicer and poor service

I ordered a juicer from a infomercial on television from Jack La Lanne. After recieving a deluge of magazines, that I speically never ordered, but they did remind me that it was approxamately 3 months since my origional order of the juicer. They told me it wss sent to a wrong address and assured me that it would be sent right away. I then tried to tell them to 'just cancel'' my order because of the terrible service I was getting before I got the MACHINE!!!! I was told that I couldn't cancel the order because it was over the 30 day warrenty and unsatisfationtime alloted to do the cancelation!!!@#$%^! I told asked them why I couldn't cancel when it was their mistake in the first place. T woman on the other end of the line said there was nothing she could do about it. I then told her that they had managed to send magazines that I never ordered to the right @!@#$#@!*(&^% address andwhy did I have to pay for their mistake. She then gave me a 1-800 number to cancel the magazine subscrptions, I told her where she could stick the number, and was amazinly hung up on.
