this is about work and family. my husband has worked for his uncles landscaping business for over 30 years. we were always promised things and have nothing to to show how hard he has worked. he gets less pay every year. my husband(gary)has a crew of his own and he is the only one that can keep employees working at gilmores. if it wasn't for him they would quite. his brother has his own crew of one because he cannot work with anyone-so they quite in a week or a day! We cannot even get a free load of mulch. No vacation pay and no raises, they will deduct money from my husbands pay for reasons I do not understand. We own no part of the business but from day one we're always promised part of it( but would exclude all wives-that is me). I do not know why my husband stays-he is so brain washed. we struggle every year, but believe me they own expensive homes, vacation homes, many cars, properties, we have nothing , we have an old car and a dump of a house,and no money but bills we do have.if it was not for my husband busting his ass and making them millions they would have nothing, because if there is no employees -there is no money
