My complaint is with the JC PENNEY 'Unwrap the Magic' Christmas catalog(Christmas 2006 Big Gift Book). Page 15 of the catalog lists the 'Deal or No Deal' electronic game on sale for $l9.99, a savings of $l0.00 off list price. I was excited as this was on my Christmas shopping list as a gift for my grandson. I called to order the item (Item #X652-1533) on 11/22/06 and was told that this was a misprint and they could not supply the item for this price. I thought it was illegal to advertise an item for one price and then refuse to honor it???? Needless to say, I am totally disgusted with JC Penneys customer service.
