Its hard for me

I am in the greatest relationship ever and I am pretty sure I am going to marry this girl, but then why is it that when I am depressed or have a problem I would just rather keep it to myself and not deal with it? I am so sick of the guy stereotype that we need to be strong and emotionless, and that all we care about is sex!
