I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT EBAY AND PAYPAL. I RECENTLY BOUGHT EQUIPTMENT ON EBAY,PAID$620. FOR THIS ITEM THAT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED. MAKE A COMPLAIN WITH PAYPAL DEPARTMENT FOR THIS. THEY SAID THEY WILL RETURN THE MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT. BUT UNTILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECIEVE THE AMOUNT I HAVE LOST.... I THINK EBAY SOULD GURANTEE THAT PEOPLE WILL GET THERE STUFF OR THERE MONEY BACK. AFTER ALL THATS HOW AMERICA RUNS. VERRY HURT.... K
