ITE scam

my grandmother came up with an invention about 2/3 years ago. the company she delt with are called ITE! they patented her idea and made her feel like it was going to be a big success, they took her money and promised her more in returne. a few months down the line they told my gran that somebody else had come up with the same idea as her, then we found out this was a lie and it was them that stole her idea!. To pay for the companys services my gran was forced to take out a loan which she was promiced back. this never happened. The year after my gran was diagnosed with cancer for the second time, and she was paying off the money till the day she died. The thing that is getting to me most is the fact that there is nothing i can do to get some kind of explanation or compensation off ITC. I would advise people with an idea for an invention to stay well clear ov ITC, they will rip you off and take your money!.
