I gained weight. So I started running 3 miles a day. I gained more weight. I run 6 miles a day now. Instead of losing weight, I've gained again. I know some people will bitch but I prefer to stay at 109. I can't gain 15 pounds. I'm short- it shows more, there's nowhere to put it! And frankly- I HATE BEING FAT. I guess I'll just starve myself now.

Are you just posting this on here so you can have people tell you that you're not fat? Girls that weigh what you weigh are a real turn off. Healthy is sexy, gaunt makes you look ill.

It was my thyroid- it crapped out on me. I'm much better now.

If you're exercising that much, you will gain muscle mass but lose fat. The math does not add up. It does sound like your diet (not lack of exercise) is to blame. Some people think that because they work out hard that they are then free and clear to eat whatever they want to 'fuel' their bodies. When in fact, you'd have to work out for hours just to burn off a Big-mac. Check the calories consumed versus the calories burned. Something's not right there. By the way, if you starve yourself, the moment you do start eating, you'll keep it all on and then some. The body does not respond well to starvation. It will work extra hard to store and harvest the few calories you do feed it.
