Bless me Father for I have sinned. It has been 2 years since my last confession before the Church. In that time I have used the Lord's name in vain many times, I have not kept the Sabbath holy, I have not attended Mass on Sundays or Holy Days of Obligation, I have not observed the prescribed days of fasting and abstinence, and I have not received communion during the Easter Season. O my God, I am sorry for my sins because I have offended you. I know that I should love you above all things. Help me to do penance, to do better, and to avoid anything that might lead me to sin. Amen.
