
It actually helps

I write stories, some romantic, some not so. I also tried to make a dialogue between my "i love you i cant let you go" half and my "forget her and try focusing on something that actually matters" half, i really got deep to the point that i cried when the latter came to the conclusion that no one will like me so i should just study for my whole life. I also wrote a journal of my thoughts, like the possessed pink underwear i tried to exorcise in my dream or the mechanical cockroach that appears only when the ground is wet. It helps me cope with my emotions. I think of all the stupid things i would have done if i weren't so creative.
