My internet service provider (Orange by the way, previously Wanadoo) are supposed to provide a Broadband service, which still doesn't work after 6 months. In the meantime, they offered me 'free' dial-up connection. I found out today that for the past 6 months I've been paying for both. I should really start checking my bank statements properly! In addition, I spent over £150 in telephone calls to their 'help lines' to try and sort the problem. My letters, phone calls and emails have been totally ignored. But end of fun for them, I am now taking legal action. And I feel a bit better.
