I live in a conservation area, a residential care home was opened two years ago by a company who lost its contract with the Government after a 2 million pound inquiry into the care of children, this care home has been taken over by another company, but it is operating totally illegally. the planning laws say, A change of use within this Class is not permitted if the building in question — (a) has more than 5 bedrooms; this property has seven bedrooms. The government refuse to acknowledge it. They are as useful as a chocolate teapot.
