island recreation is a pool company in massapequa,ny. i bought a pool and installation from they atear ago last june2005 and it has been nothing less than a nightmare. they maintenance crew tore the liner twice and i lost 14,000 gallons of water.They wouldnt take the full blame and charged me 250.00 to come install a new liner.i was without a pool foe the whole month. they have young kids installing, and maintaining the service programs. dont use island rec. they have been on channel 12 news and 7 news. people are starting a class action against them.
