To who it may concern, 6-8-06 I have a pool maintance program with island recreational 516 520 1860 that has been ignored. My pool was to be opened on the 12th of May, they did not come to open it until the 17th of May. They were supposed to open the pool and add the chemicals needed. They asked me for the chemicals and had me remove the cover because of the weights on it. i had no problem removing the cover. i realized they did not put in chemicals or vacuum as said in contract. i called the company and they sent someone else on the 26th of may. No one could use the pool on memorial weekend because of the chemicals. Still the pool was not vacuumed and now the skimmer basket was missing. i spoke with the manager of the maintance program and he assured me that the basket would be replaced and the pool would be vacuumed. it is now June 8th and no one has been back to my home at all. my pool is cloudy and green. on the 4th of june i finally got through to the company again and was told some one would be here on the 6th to take care of the pool. no one showed. i called again and i was told to go to the store and buy the chemicals needed and they would be here on the 7th. i did not want to spend anymore money at the store for something i already paid for as a service and i didn`t know what chemicals i would need anyway.they promised they would be here on june 8th. i went to the actual store on june 7th to speak with a manager and i spoke to a Bill. he assured me that some one would come. he told me to add chemicals myself or to call the company back there was nothing he could do. i have been trying to contact the company since then and was on hold for 70 minutes at one point and no one ever came to the phone it was all automated. i took the pool service so i would not be aggrivated with the cleaning of the pool this sumer and i`m getting more aggrivated than ever. please help. debbie sweeney 296 oak street patchogue ny 11772 631 758 4344 631 872 3990 cell
