A year ago i bought a book from Reiman Publications, Taste of Home Cooking. I paid by check. A little while later they sent me a reminder letter, thinking they had not got my check I sent another (I no I should have checked my bank account). Today I received a book, same name same company. I called to find out why. They said they received a double payment so they kept hold of it for the year and sent me the 2006 book instead of refunding my money. I am outraged about this. Not only have they kept my money for a year but now I have a book to return.
