Is something wrong with me? Because I don't want to congratulate my expectant cousin?

This morning my mom told me that my 20 year old cousin is pregnant, I'm also 20 but I'm making 21 next month. Now I'm kinda in shock, and not in the congratulatory stage yet. The guys she always chosen are questionable and now this guy who's the father of her twins (that part was exciting) is unemployed and she doesn't get paid that much at her job, so I'm just -_- (and they haven't been together that long). Our family is religious, marriage first, kids after, and when another one of our cousins did this same thing (but was 13) she gave everyone quite a shock. But we love the little bundles of joy nonetheless (they are a blessing) Now this cousin is more mature (20) but she and the guy isn't financially stable. Is something wrong with me because I am in shock and not ready to congratulate her yet? I just always thought she would finish college which she's taking forever to finish, her little sister just graduated before her... P.S. I'm older than her, never had a boyfriend and never been kissed, but I'm just trying to focus on my college education,( just got my AS and I'm going for my bachelors in 2 years, after I work for a little while) and not focused on being in love yet. Is something wrong with me because I'm more focused on education than love, at the moment?

no nothing is wrong with you.your on a good mind set , but as for your cousin dont hate on her causebshe made different.choices and its her problem not yours dont judge her or hate her for picking the wrong person to have kids with I be more worried about the kids then her but if you dont.feel happy for her then you have a right.to feel that but dont hate.her , cause.if you never felt love or been in love you dont have any.right true love is not a choice but.you dont know.that
