Is McDonald's Game a fraud?

I've been playing McDonald's game since it started several weeks ago, and the most I've won from the instant win game pieces is a free soda or coffee and a couple of desserts. With the online version, the most I won was rather insignificant - 'free' prints with Snapfish, which I already have and don't really care for, to be honest. I can do my own free prints w/o having to use Snapfish at all. What a joke! Has anyone else had a similar problem with this game? I think it's just a come-on to get more business. I remember that the last time McDonald's had a similar game, it was faced with a lawsuit and the company was ordered to make it right with their customers (discounts or something like that, can't remember exact details of the penalty is was given). This game is a joke and imo, is not legit at all. Has anyone else had this problem?
