... That I consider the Marquis de Sade one of my ultimate heroes? Just to be on that level of complete and on bridled sexual liberation and perversion, WOW. I own all of his works and it's just so fascinating to read. It's like a psych-nerd's train wreck, you cannot look away.. I'm getting a tattoo that says "libertine" in his honor.

Are you referring to masochism in general, or to Leopold gon Sacher-Masoch? If the latter, Venus in Furs, of course. Not much more than that though unfortunately so far. I guess because I am a masochist myself it is more fascinating and exciting to me to read about sadism.
