I was at the Hotel Derek in Houston and asked for a wake up call and after 2 rings I couldnt make it to the phone out of bed and within 10 minutes a large man was in my bedroom looking at me amd said he was there for a wake up call. How could this be legal without a knock and announced enterance. I am apalled........
