I had a windshield put in my exotic auto, and they put a hole in my new, white headliner, along with greasy fingerprints...to top it off, the windshield was the WRONG ONE and when they washed it, the headliner was water damaged to the point where it must be replaced! $1300.00 worth of damage, and the company has told me to go pound sand!!! I filed in small claims court after 4 months of doing everything possible to resolve this, they moved it to civil court and now I need an attorney! Can you believe that? I am so angry and feel violated! Windshield companies are NOT regulated in my state, so there is nothing I can do! The BBB is a joke, too! Don't bother!
