insurance scam

norwich union appliance insurance is a total rip off, they have this month cancelled mine because of alleged over use [I have not claimed for over a year]. They did however, cancel the policy as this months payment went through, they have also waited for me to pay the £20 per month for a year to reclaim their money before telling me about the cancellation. I will be taking this matter further, but urge anybody out there not to be tricked by their 'qoute me happy'advertising rubbish, and steer well clear of anything to do with them. Do not give your custom to these sort of Companies.
