insurance rip off

paid 250.00 to have my sewing machine repaired with 50.00 for 3,000 ins. and shipping. received the machine broke.........I am out of luck. UPS blaims rons a1 sewing in sand lake ny and he blames ups. He is a very arrogant man and has low opinions of women. Tried to get matter settled and no good. I am trying to find a way that I can get NY to hear this. I want and need my machine, these things are expensive, very!! jz1946@aol.com
