insurance company fraud

I work for a doctors office and am sooo frustrated with insurance companies. First they send u through the phone maze, put u on hold for an hour(no lie), give u wrong information and won't pay the bills for many months because they can't get thier act together. We all pay a lot of money for this really bad service. The company that has me so frustrated today is UNITEDHEALTHCARE. When you go to the doctor don't u want to know that they are paid promptly and fairly in relation to your high premiums? They never forget to send you a bill now do they?
