Insurance Accident Policy

Is there anyone out there that has ever had a claim with Colonial Life Insurance accident policy? If so let me hear from you, and those of you that my have an opportunity to do so, don't/ I wish I had gone with Aflac. They took my premium for two years out of my check and then I file an accident claim because my husband fell at work and caused aneuysm to rupture by hitting his head. $185,000 later they only want to pay ER room and followup visit...$200.00. I have been fighting this for four months. Let me know if anyone else has had this problem,
