I lived in Indiana until my husband died, I started a small business because he left me no money. My children, Katherine Riffett and paul Nisevich,Jr. offered to run it for me. Its gone because the two of them used my name and social security number for credit cards.My credit was ruined. I filed a police report and they said the amounts on the credit cards weren't big enough. The consequences did not matter. I filed with the F.T.C., the F.B.I. filed a complaint with the state attorney because I was told it was a felony to obtain a credit card through the mail. I had boxes of papers, copies of all the forgeries, even a typed confession faxed to me by my daughter. She typed it thinking it could not be traced to her, but she faxed it to me through her place of employment and the company Logo is printed at the top. I was finally assigned a agent of the Secret Service he pursed the case for a year and than I never heard from him. I called constantly and was assigned another agent, who proceeded to tell me that the Secret Service doesn't due this and he didn't know why I was led to believe this fact. He advised me to sued. The Bar Association wouldn't touch it, because there was no money in it for them. So I am left with no income, ruined credit and I am an aging widow.
