ShopNBC internet shopping Chanel-sold me an INVICTA watch-there was a defect under the watch-it cut deep into my wrist-have ugly pictures to show-I paid over $300-Doctor bills=as it became Infected-ShopNBC -refused to send me the watch back to give to a jeweler to review-and offered me $30-credit to use on thier internet--I am 71-saved 3 months for that watch-They are rude-have emailed them weekly-written them weekly--They simply will not do a thing & all I ask-is $125.00 to settle the complaint--I suffered painful infection for 3 wks.--I wrote to every officer of th Company-but I am now with a Nathan Schmitz-Director of Operations-ShopNBC Claims Investigation Dept.-email nschmitz@shopnbc.com--Fax No. 952-943-6011-Customer Service-which is a laugh--there is none & the rudness is rampant-800-676-5523--I first heard from some child in The Office of The President-Ms. Rassmussen--Then Mr Schmitz got the case & has blatantly refused to do anything but offer $30-when I went to check on the money there was not a penny in my account--Not even the $30-Which I do not want-I am not being unreasonable-$125- Is peanuts compared to the money spent & the seriousness of the injury--SHOPNBC IS THE MEANEST-RUDEST-DISRESPECTFUL-DECEITFUL COMPANY and I can prove all of this---NO GOOD AT ALL---Call you a LIAR with pictures showing them the injury & rather suspicious not to have the watch-al of a sudden --it has become LOST??????????
