There appear to be many unscrupulous attorneys and scam artists worldwide who are attempting to convince Americans that they have a relative who died in a third-world country, leaving millions in a bank in their area. Even if you have no knowledge of this purported 'relative' they insist that you file as a relative to claim the funds. Then you are mandated to pay thousands in fees to the bank and local governments to collect. HELP!!!
