In March this year I made the mistake of mixing up two diferent pin numbers with the effect of putting both cards out of action. With my Lloyds card I was able to enter my local branch & sort it out in less than 5 minutes. In contrast my Abbey National Business card is still out of action(more than five months later).The number of times I have asked for a new pin is in double figures. Each time I have been assured by Abbey National staff that a new pin has been ordered I have still not received this new pin. I urge anyone thinking of opening a business account not to use the Abbey National as contrary to their claims in my experience they are totally indifferent to their customers They don't care, don't fulfill their promises & are totally inept
