after countless phonecalls and engineers 9 times in 18 months repeatedly returninig to FIX my indesit wi101 model washing machine i have finally placed my 10th phonecall today to have a repair done again the pump has gone rather than replace it as requested they have replaced the bearings,brushes, seal,door,programmer all of which i had to wait at least 2 weeks for parts my next appointment is in 10 days time they have never covered the cost of launderettes having 3 children this costs a lot never offerd to replace my machine despite numourus requests from myself i have the six million dollar washing machine and still it doesnt work so thank you very much indesit im off to the launderette oh and anyone who reads this please dont by an indesit washing machine if you do book a season ticket at your local launderette
