Incompetent Architect

On March 31, 2005 I signed a contract and paid a $3,093.75 deposit with James Walkup of WDG to design and draw up a custom home. He was given all the necassary CCR's and information to perform the job. The drawings he submitted were not acceptable and the home didn't even fit on the lot. I fired him June 7, 2005 and demended a refund for the bogus drawings. He is refusing any refund. So at this point I paid $3,093.75 for throw-away drawings.
