realtor had two parties sign contract on home. i sold my home. to purchase new . realtor cancel my contract without me (buyer) or seller who he represents knowledge to accept 2nd signed contract. 2nd signed contract has no knowledge and has moved forward with homeinspection bumping me out of the picture. seller not happy with realtor because they were misled into signing 2nd contract.
