Imperial Limousine in Aston, PA ripped me off!!!

The following are my complaints about my experiences dealing with Imperial Limousine in Aston, PA after I booked a limo bus through them for my wedding: 1) I sent confirmations of my itinerary and never received responses. 2) Upon request, I was told that someone would call me back with the cell phone # of our driver. No one called. 3) I reserved a black limo bus, which was to have leather wrap-around seating and a 42' plasma tv... but instead the driver arrived OVER 1/2-hr LATE in a white shuttle bus 4) The bus was filthy--cheetos and mildew stains on some of the seats, garbage stuffed in the vent at wheel well, and visibly dirty floor. 5) My bridesmaid, who called while we were en route to the church, was told that somone would call me Monday after the wedding to address problems. No one did. 6) I sent two e mails to Imperial regarding problems. No one contacted me.
