i'm trapped

i feel trapped in my marriage, i can't tell my husband this, he wont understand, i've been told how beautiful i am by hundreds of people, yet he will will go days with out even touching me, sometimes i hate him, i have 3 stepchildren that keep me here because their mother is mentally ill and my husband turns a blind eye and i feel a responsibility to not leave them alone with only those 2 as parents. :(
