I too am a sex addict. I have allowed my life to become a secret life. A life filled with pain and suffering. I have reached out for help from both a CSAT Therapist and Ive entered into a 12step program thru SAA.ORG I have known about my addiction for 13 yrs but kept thinking I can control my urges. What harm am I doing? The truth is I lost my wife, lost money due to time away from work. And worse off, I have lost myself. I no longer enjoy life. I only think about the next time I will be alone allowing me to look at online porn and masturbation. Im so stressed all the time that I am unable to think straight. My suggestion is to seek help it will only get worse and what will happen when your no longer able to find that person who will allow you to have your way with them?
