Illinois Governor

The politicians of Illinois plaster their names on public signs as if they personally paid for the various projects. As an example Rod Blaghoiavich, governor of Illinois has his name on all of the 'Open Road Toll Lanes' as if it was he who personally paid. I believe that this is an abuse of power and the people who use the toll road, the people that paid for the toll road should be recognzed. His name should come down and he should pay for the cost of removal and also for the value of free advertising.
