Illinois Dept of Human Rights Investigatos Cover Up Investigation of Same Sex Harrasement and IDHR Investigator Theft of Evidence I request that the Illinois Department of Human Rights investigators and superiors be investigated. Ever since last year I have complained to IDHR about sexual harrasement occuring at DePaul University in Chicago, Il at the hands of both DePaul University Professors --just last Thursday my computer science instructor made unsolicited 'same sex' sexual overtures, all was a problem at the Catholic school -- and administration. I have just received a letter from IDHR informing me that my case was being droped by the governmental agency. The reason was that I did not request an extention after I perfect my charge in 365 days, albeit I never received any notification of the status of my compaint. This is due to retaliation againt me for complaining to the Illinois Inspector General Office about the illegal activity at IDHR. IDHR is under investigation now since my complaint. A number of problems out side of my complaint were discovered at IDHR by investigators of the Inspector Generals Office. I perfected a charge in the spring of 2005 and showed the investigator hearing my charge some de facto evidence, RACIST MATERIAL CALLING BLACK MEN 'BIG BLACK BUCK NIGGER' that was stolen by the IDHR investigator who was supposed to be taking in my case. In an essay clearly writen by an hispanic male student, -- indicative of the racial/social climate at DePaul University, -- DePaul earlier this year made national new twice because of racial graffity spray painted and an 'Affirmative Action Bake Sale' conducted by a student organization in an effort to paradying belittle the social justice programs for Blacks and other minorities in the country, the IDHR investigator was hispanic as well. My charge was thrown away after I complained to IDHR supperiors about the theft by one of their own. I also made a formal complaint to the Illinois Inspector Generals Office and told how a supervisor and manager at IDHR covered up for the hispanic IDHR investigator. I learned that the Manager of IDHR is hispanic also who is the Boss of the Hector Sanchez who stole my evidence then threw away my charge form -- I have a copy with IDHR time stamp and every thing. Six months latter I had to perfect a secound charge against DePaul University for sexual harrasement because IDHR lied and covered up for the racist hispanic investigator who I in good faith made my orriginal charge to. Durring my secound filling I was called a nigger by the investigator Alven Forbes during the meeting. He said from his desk in front of my face: 'This is a NIGGER'. I even witnessed Mr Forbes observing me being harrased by a racist and supremacist at the school. I even saw IDHR investigator Forbes walking to DePaul University Lewis Tower and then leave with legal dockets in hand. I immediately followed him to IDHR at 100 W Randolph St in Chicago Illinois, 6060 to acertain the status of mt case. No response was provided to me despite leaving several voice messages for over a year to investigator Forbes. IDHR has lied to once again necessitating that I take some form of legal action, namely I am going to put in a motion into Federal Disctrict Court in Illinois and file a suit. I can show the evidence of the two sexual harrasement charges that I made to IDHR despite there lies that I did not make an earlier complaint.. Also at the time I received a letter from IDHR informing about droping my case I also received a call frorm the Illinois Inpector General Office updating on the status of their investigation of my complaint against IDHR for theft and illegally throwing away my orriginal charge thereby delaying my same sex harrasement complaint againt DePaul University by over six to 8 months due to the faught of IDHR administrator horizontally and verticallt through out that badly ran government office. I am also going to inform the FBI in person for the forth time. Thank you for your service. Please Help.
