Ideal world has the worst customer service department I have ever come accross. Orders go missing. No-one knows where they are, you have to wait 2 weeks before you can request a non-delivered item form. This then takes 10-14 days to come, if you are lucky, then you have to return it, another 10-14 days before money is refunded. They never reply to e-mails, you always have to ring them on 0870 numbers, which is a waste of time, and they are just reading from a script as they have no idea what is going on. I have e-mailed, phoned and written goodness knows how many times, and have still not received orders placed early May or non-delivered items forms, to enable me to get my money back. They take your money straight away and then you are the forgotton one. RUBBISH Customer services. sack them all. They should be like QVC very helpful and free phone calls. I will never ever shop with them again.
