I'm starving

Literally after my rent and bills are payed I only have enough money to afford food for a week. I just ate my last peanut butter sandwich. The hunger is driving me mad. I don't get payed until next week. I've tried applying for food stamps but I'm not eligible. The cost of living has went up. I have nobody I can turn to for help. The friend I do have can barely get by on there own. I don't know what to do. The reason I'm even posting all this is to let other hungry people know they are not alone. I have to go now. The library is about to close. Later.

I'm from San Diego Ca. To the person who asked if I have a smart phone/pc. I don't thats why I'm at the library. I'm trying to research how I can get free food.

You can't afford and you have a smart phone /PC with internet access and the time and mood (while starving) to go to a library to read? And why the heck did you tell that you had to go to the library??

Have you tried food banks or churches that offer free or reduced cost lunches? The Lutheran Church in Pittsburgh used to have a great lunch.
