I seriously can't take this anymore. My sister has always beem the most ungrateful bitch that ever existed, and yet she's gotten EVERYTHING that she's ever wanted. Including the love of my life. They've only been married for two years (after dating for about four months) and he's already miserable. She's insensitive to his feelings, denies him sex, flirts with her employer (she told me this herself) and posts the sleeziest pictures of herself on FB and instagram. And I'm sick and tired of watching her hurt the man I love. How do I steal my sister's husband away from her? Hell, even if its just an affair, how do I claim him for myself?

Simply wait until your sis isn't around. From what you said, she seems like the kind of whore that constantly goes out clubbing and fucking around on the weekends. When that happens, just pay your brother-in-law a visit simply for the sake of "consoling" him. The fact that he's probably already sexually frustrated will definitely help you in the long run.
