I'm afraid I will die soon

i am deteriorating and afraid I will continue to get worse and die. i am 45 years old and have an almost 3 year old beautiful daughter. I have many health issues. There is mold in my home, I have mercury poisoning from old amalgram fillings that need to be removed but I'm too sick to do that, and I swam in the gulf of mexico in Sept. 2010 after the oil spill. I think I may have the corexit in my tissues and is just another reason I am deteriorating. I'm very scared about my future for myself and more even for my daughter.

whether you are on not, how does worrying about it make a difference for the better? Do what is within your ability to do to get better and make the necessary arrangements just in case, and plan to live as well and as long as possible for you. Regradless of the outcome, make the best of it and you can start by choosing to be happier even if just by a tiny bit at a time. Happiness in my opinion is a choice.

dude, man or woman, not sure, you know what? I think you are fine, you are just concentrating on bad shit too much, which gets you depressed and you go down. you gotta live your life especially if you have the best thing in the life: a child. Now put aside all that shit about depression and any symptom, go to a doctor, check yourself, and start enjoying the life with you child, you gotta give her love and not depression
