It's not whether or not anyone can ever love you. Of course they can. It's whether or not you can ever truly love anyone else. Most sociopaths cannot.

i use to think my bf was a sociopath bc he is detached from everyone but somehow was attached to me. I loved that about him. Now he has found a way to detach himself. I dont know how to get him to be attached again:,(. It hurts so bad. I read somewhere if you can admit to being a sociopath or love you are NOT a true sociopath. :/

We can love. The only problem is that it's very rare and it's very very possessive, jealous and passionate. I'm in love with someone for the first time in my life actually. Everything else- I'm simply detached to. But he stopped talking to me. Imagine having to deal with something so overbearingly heightened and new such as the feeling of love when everything else is out of tune on an excruciating 24/7 unrequited basis. I'm not sure what to do with myself. Or him for that matter loll.
