You have and will always be everything to me. You know how to make me smile when times are tough. You let me run to you whenever I need to. You listen. You care. You are so passionate about what you love, and I love that about you. I won't tell you anymore because it cuts me to the fucking bone to know that you don't love me. I've fought so much for you. I've fought battles for you that you don't even know about. I love you, and that's the last time I'll say it. Even if it is on this stupid fucking confession site. I'll let you move on with your life if that's what you want, but that means that I'm moving on too. Keep that in mind baby.

Don't respond in anger. Spend some quiet time thinking (and even crying). In the end you really do love him and you have to give him freedom. Right now you may not know how or be able to be just best friends, but in the future (if you don't burn your bridges), you might find a new and better friendship. You will regret it if you burn your bridges. I know the hurt feeling and I know the end result. Wish him the best and let him go. Send him birthday cards, an occasional friendly letter. etc. You will be happy too.
