in setting up a business I have constantlyhad to deal sith people trying to sell me things. If I need them they don't turn up and if I am not intersted they never stiop bothering me. When I complain it is almost impossible to get through to a person who knows what they are talking about and completely impossible to get any satisfaction. Why do so many companies believe that if they ignore people with legitimate complaints for long enough they will just go away.
