I want my refund!!!!

I purchased a computer from this company called Futurecom Inc. I canceled the order in plenty of time and they still removed 299.00 out of my account. They have been constantly lying saying they were going to refund my money. I still have not recieved the refund. It has not been quite a year yet, but close enough.
