I think I hate my parents but I don't understand why....

I have so much anger towards my mother...towards my father...towards both my parents actually and I have no idea why. It's all built up and I can't help but believe deep down, part of me really hates them. Despises them. I feel so guilty about saying that, but this is a confession site right? I think I hate my parents. Like really truly genuinely. I feel like a horrible person. What do I do?
